An immersive, sensory food experience ‘from estate to plate’ – hosted by Chef Asli Mutlu, member of Slow Food Cook’s Alliance
Enjoy a eight course chef’s menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients, grown and produced either on the estate or by local farmers, neighbors and friends. All ingredients are traceable and ethically produced. Some of the ingredients are Slow Food Ark of Taste produce.
Each course is conceived and crafted to perfectly complement the wine. A personally guided tour of the Roman replica cellar at Karnas Vineyards will be offered by our chef.
Availability is limited to 12 guests every thursday, from 6pm to 10 pm.
Dress code is smart casual. This is an adult only offer.
Price per person 130 Euro’s.
Pick up from hotels are available through travel suppliers at an additional cost.
