Cooking Classes Bodrum

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Cooking Classes Bodrum, operated by EMC Gastronomi Teknoloji Turizm İthalat İhracat Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking Policy

All classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit is received.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated per person unless otherwise specified.
The remaining balance can be paid:
- On-site, or
- In advance upon request

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via email to: cooking@cookingclassesbodrum.com

Refund Conditions:

14 days or more before the class: Full refund of deposit or total payment
Less than 14 days before the class: Deposit / payment is non-refundable

5. Partial Attendance

If a member of your group cannot attend:

At least 24 hours notice is required
Otherwise, Cooking Classes Bodrum reserves the right to retain part of the deposit

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us

Cooking Classes Bodrum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to:

Operational reasons
Weather conditions
Force majeure

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

7. Participation & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for informing us of:

Allergies
Dietary restrictions

Cooking Classes Bodrum is not liable for:

Personal injuries caused by negligence
Failure to disclose medical or dietary conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, recipes, and content shared during classes are the property of Cooking Classes Bodrum and are for personal use only.
