I am where it started long ago, when we did a trip to Italy to Toscana back in 1997. After a business trip to the travel fairs we took a few days off and did an unforgettable trip to the country side of Toscana drove through the narrow roads, tasted wonderful wines, stayed in Castello s with my late husband Haluk Mutlu almost 30 years ago. That was when I fell in love with this place and did a cooking class with a chef and told him this is what I wanted to do and I knew we could do it in Turkey ! We had everything the heritage of food culture, the hospitality experience, beautiful country side scenes what more wonderful produce vegetables, fruits, olive oil, spices and all.
